This Privacy Policy explains in transparent detail how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website (gamyzo.com) and our mobile-responsive web applications.

To provide a smooth match booking and player roster experience, we collect the following types of information:

• Player Profile Information: Full name, profile display picture / avatar, selected playing city, primary sport discipline, and secondary favorite sports.
• Contact & WhatsApp Data: WhatsApp mobile phone number provided during onboarding or login, used exclusively for game coordination and venue updates.
• Account Credentials: Email address, player display name, and one-time verification records. We never have access to external account passwords.
• Match Bookings & Passes: Reserved slot details, match IDs, assigned court numbers, match schedule dates, attendance status, and match pass identifiers.
• Wallet & Points Transaction Records: GAMYZO Points (PTS) balances, top-up request history, promotional bonus awards, match fee debits, and 100% cancellation refund credits.
• Device & Usage Information: Browser type, approximate device information, and interaction timestamps to ensure account security.

We process your data strictly to fulfill core sports match organization services:

• Match Slot Allocation: Securing your spot on the match roster and issuing your digital Match Pass.
• WhatsApp Game Coordination: Sending exact court numbers, venue directions, and host contact info directly before game time.
• Skill Level Balancing: Grouping players into balanced casual or competitive sets.
• Automated 100% Points Refund: Crediting 100% of your booking points instantly to your GAMYZO wallet if a match does not meet the minimum required player count 1 hour prior to start time.
• Safety & Fair Play: Preventing multi-account exploitation, abusive behavior, and duplicate bookings.

GAMYZO utilizes WhatsApp as our primary communication channel for sharing upcoming matches, venue & timing updates, area-wise games, and community announcements.

• Direct Community Purpose: Your contact information is used strictly for GAMYZO community communication, match updates, and booking coordination.
• Member Privacy Protection: We require all community members to respect the privacy of fellow players and prohibit sharing or distributing member phone numbers without explicit permission.
• No Spam / No Telemarketing: We never sell, rent, or distribute your phone number to third-party telemarketers or advertisers. Unsolicited commercial promotions, spam, or harassment in community channels will result in immediate ban and removal.

GAMYZO uses an internal Points (PTS) system where 1 Point = ₹1 INR for seamless 1-tap slot bookings:

• No Card Details Stored: GAMYZO does not store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or NetBanking passwords on our servers.
• UPI & Payment Processing: Top-up payments and bank refunds are conducted directly via secure UPI payment channels or authorized banking partners.
• Immutable Wallet Ledger: Every points debit, credit, bonus grant, and cancellation refund is tracked in a transparent audit ledger accessible in your profile.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:

• Strict Access Isolation: Your personal account data is securely isolated, ensuring only you and authorized platform systems can access your records.
• End-to-End Encrypted Transmission: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is secured using modern industry-standard encryption protocols.
• Secure Session Protection: Account sessions are protected with encrypted authentication to prevent unauthorized access.

You have complete control over your personal data on GAMYZO:

• Update Profile: You can edit your name, WhatsApp number, city, and sports interests anytime via the Edit Profile Modal.
• Data Access & Portability: You can request a summary of your account history, matches joined, and wallet transactions.
• Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your GAMYZO profile and associated data by emailing our support team.
