By registering for an account, accessing gamyzo.com, or reserving match slots on GAMYZO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

GAMYZO acts as a sports community coordinator facilitating match creation, squad rosters, venue coordination, and player matching across partner venues.

To ensure transparent and predictable match schedules across all partner arenas:

• Slot Confirmation & Court Booking: Once your slot is confirmed on GAMYZO, our team officially books and pays for the venue court. Please join only if you are confident you can attend.
• Cancellation & Refunds: If you need to cancel, inform the organizer as early as possible. Because courts are pre-paid upon booking, refunds for player-initiated cancellations are only possible if a replacement player is successfully found or if GAMYZO cancels the match.
• Automated 1-Hour Roster Cancellation: If an open match fails to reach the minimum required roster 1 hour prior to start time, the game is automatically cancelled by the system, and 100% of your booking points are refunded instantly back to your GAMYZO wallet.
• Punctuality (10–15 Minutes Early): Players are required to arrive at the arena 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time to check-in, meet squad members, and complete warm-ups.

GAMYZO utilizes in-app Points (PTS) where 1 Point = ₹1 INR:

• Main Cash Points: Points purchased 1:1 through direct payment. Unspent main cash points can be requested for UPI bank refund.
• Promotional Bonus Points: Bonus points granted via top-up promotional tiers are strictly for match bookings and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Non-Expiring: Your active points balance does not expire and remains accessible in your wallet.

We believe sports are more than just a game—they are about building friendships, staying active, and enjoying healthy competition. All members agree to:

• Respect All Skill Levels: Whether playing alongside Beginners, Intermediate, or Advanced players, play honestly, encourage fellow players, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Abusive language, harassment, discrimination, unsportsmanlike aggression, spam, or unsolicited promotional advertising will result in immediate permanent expulsion.
• Venue & Equipment Etiquette: Follow arena-specific requirements (such as wearing clean non-marking indoor shoes on wooden or synthetic badminton courts).
• Privacy of Fellow Players: Never share, distribute, or misuse personal phone numbers or contact details of other community members without their express consent.

Participation in physical sports involves inherent risk of injury. By participating in matches hosted on GAMYZO:

• You acknowledge that you are physically fit to participate in the sport chosen.
• GAMYZO is a matchmaking coordination platform and is not liable for personal physical injuries, health conditions, or personal property loss sustained at partner venues.
